Trademark Notice

The words APEX, APEX PHARMACY and various APEX logos are trademarks of the Apex Healthcare Berhad. Any unauthorised use or reproduction of the trademarks may amount to an infringement of the rights of the Apex Healthcare Berhad Group.

Unauthorized Use of Apex logos Trademarks

1. Company, Product, or Service Name: You may not use or register, in whole or in part, Apex trademark in all forms, including Apex owned graphic symbols, logos, icons, or an alteration thereof, as or as part of a company name, trade name, product name, or service name.
   
   
2. Apex Logo and Apex-owned Graphic Symbols: You may not use the Apex Logo or any other Apex-owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon on or in connection with web sites, products, packaging, manuals, promotional/advertising materials, or for any other purpose except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Apex Healthcare Berhad Group
   
   
3. Disparaging Manner: You may not use an Apex trademark or any other Apex-owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon in a disparaging manner.
   
   
4. Apex’s Trade Dress: You may not imitate the distinctive Apex packaging, web site design, logos, or typefaces.
   
   
5. Domain Names: You may not use an identical or virtually identical Apex trademark as a second level domain name.
   
   
6. Your name does not suggest a false association with Apex Healthcare Group.
   
   
7. Your name is not confusingly similar to any trademark owned or used by Apex
